These Kiwi Popsicles are so cool and refreshing and are packed with three whopping ingredients. I decided to make these because I had some kiwi’s left from making a delicious fruit salad and I also wanted to make something new and exciting for the family to taste. Needless to say, this were a hit with everyone! I think I was the one to eat more than anyone else.

My granddaughter Autumn was the one that got to help make these delicious Kiwi Popsicles, and she was the one to taste them first. Imagine a 10-year-old standing there taking her first bite and putting her finger on her chin saying – hmmm, I can definitely taste the tartness of the fresh Kiwi and the sweetness of the apple juice that was added. All-n-all these are amazing, then she preceded to enjoy another one! She is my biggest taste tester and “critiquer”. Yes, I know it’s not really a word, but it’s what she calls herself. No wait, it is a word, it’s critique in French, and yes, I did look it up. 🙂
These Kiwi Popsicles are a refreshing family treat that's healthy for you without all the other added ingredients! Sure to cool you off even on the hottest of days.
- 4 – Kiwi’s – peeled and chopped
- 1 – Kiwi – peeled and sliced thin
- ½ cup – Apple Juice – natural and no sugar added
- 1 tsp – Unflavored Gelatin
- Popsicle Molds*
- Put all ingredients except for the thinly sliced kiwi into a blender and pulse a few times to mix it up well.
- Place thinly sliced kiwi in molds and then pour the liquid mix into molds. Place in freezer for at least 2 hours or overnight and serve.
*if you don’t have popsicle molds you can use small dixie paper cups and popsicle sticks or plastic spoons.
These Kiwi Popsicles take no time to make and can be ready in as little as two hours to eat! It takes only three (3) ingredients and a blender to get these delicious and refreshing desserts ready to go. They make wonderful treats for the family without the guilt of over loading them on sugar and other not so good for you ingredients. When I make them I have to triple the recipe in order to have enough to go around my large family. With seven grandchildren and all the adults that go along with them, you certainly need to make a dozen or so of these delicious Kiwi Popsicles to satisfy all of them.
