Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Cups are a sweet decadent little treat that will push that wow button! My grandson loves peanut butter cups and I really enjoy a great chocolate chip cookie at any time. I’ve been seeing these little cups posted everywhere online, but didn’t check for a recipe and they looked so delicious that we had to give them the gluten-free try! Oh, and I’m so glad we did. These scrumptious Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Cups were amazing and so simple to make.
I keep a few batches of my Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies recipe in the freezer for when family (mainly for all the grandchildren) comes over. It’s nice to have something quick on hand to throw in the oven without having to spend extra time in the kitchen. I’m so glad because that’s what makes these so simple and very kid friendly to make!

Quoting my grandson Ethan “another awesome day in the kitchen with Grammie is the best way to spend a day”. I’m not sure if the twinkle in his eye was from helping me or getting to eat most of the Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Cups! Personally for me, any day spent with one of my grandchildren is awesome day.
These Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Cups are a wonderful little treat to take into work, pack in lunches or have waiting for an after school snack for the munchkins get home. I make just because my husband and I want something sweet to eat. You can make up a whole batch or a few at a time depending on what you need at that time. If you don’t have any dough frozen in the freezer, then you can use pre-made dough you get from your grocery store. Either way they are going to be delicious!
