This gorgeous Lovely Lemon Cake from Diane over at Homemade Food Junkie sure is the cake to put you into the baking mood. This light and delicious looking creation is a show stopper and can be served for any holiday or gathering of your choice. Anything containing the zesty taste of lemons is a winner in my book. This recipe is not gluten-free, but I’m sure it can be converted over with just a few switches of ingredients, I know I’ll be trying it soon. Make sure you stop by and checkout all of Diane’s wonderful recipes.

This Coconut Cake by Rosemary over at An Italian In My Kitchen is simply beautiful. With all that delicious coconut on the outside of the cake it will look like a snowball sitting on your table waiting to be devoured.  What a wonderful idea for a holiday cake.
