Warm Plum and Blueberry Quinoa Salad is a great way to start or end your day! The combination of the honey, maple syrup, and blueberries is just plain phenomenally tasty! I created this scrumptious recipe with some extra quinoa I had left over from making my Quinoa Oatmeal Cranberry Cookies with Almonds on one of my inventing days in the kitchen. If you’re like me sometimes, you just have to be in the kitchen. It’s my favorite room in the house and will cure anything and everything around here.
Also, by being in there, I get to please my entire family, as well as myself with all the creations that leave my 12×12 piece of personal space! I just love it! Sharing my little space with others (when the measuring cup hits me), just makes everything a little bit sweeter – not just in the kitchen, but in life as well. This Warm Plum and Blueberry Quinoa Salad will warm the hearts of everyone who gets a bowl.

*I made extra when I made my Quinoa Oatmeal Cranberry Cookies and used it for this recipe. **You can use butter, but I love coconut oil and all the goodness it provides. Time is for using left-over quinoa. If using raw, add an additional 12 minutes to cook time.
My Warm Plum and Blueberry Quinoa Salad is great for breakfast, lunch, or even a late night snack!
