Here’s some healthy, easy and delicious Chia Seed Pudding from Erin over at Erin Finity. I personally love chia seeds and use them in almost anything. I absolutely enjoy them most in pudding and smoothies! Yum, and look at those blackberries! If I could take my spoon and dip into that bowl right now I would, but since I can’t and neither can you, I guess we better get to making some. Make sure to stop over and see Erin for the full recipe.
Oh My! We’ll all love these peanut butter cup bars from Abby over at Winstead Wandering. These scrumptious looking things are a favorite to my whole family. The outer crunch of that chocolate and the creamy inside of peanut butter…ok, I need a bite of one of these…now! I’ll meet you over at Abby’s so we can grab that easy and quick recipe for these peanut butter cup bars.
I’m a soup girl and will enjoy this any time of the year. This Gluten-Free Italian Wedding Soup from Dana over at Pellerini Proclaims looks amazing! Dana and her husband spend their Sundays cooking together in the kitchen (my kind of day) developing some tasty recipes. Just look at this soup…I want to dive right in and lick the bowl clean. So instead of messing up my computer screen by trying, come on over with me to grab this tasty Gluten-Free Wedding Soup recipe from Dana.
This Hazelnut White Bean Dip would be a great snack for those game days coming up! Farrah over at Fairyburger has it going on! She’s a fitness and food junky, just like me…minus the fitness so much…the food junky part fits me better! She has a wonderful list of recipes to add to your “I want to make” list. I bet this Hazelnut White Bean Dip would be great with some fresh veggies. Yum! Head on over to Farrah’s and get the recipe, and while you’re there check out her others.
I’m in chocolate heaven with the Black Bean Brownies from Missy over at Graceful Little Honey Bee. These decadent brownies look like a dish you want to make a lot of, just so you can hide a batch for yourself! Black bean are a favorite of mine and using them in brownies I’m able to sneak some extra good fiber into my grandchildren’s diet without them knowing.
