Are you ready for some FOOTBALL? It’s almost that time again, the last, most, biggest match up of the year and besides the sports fans, the food fans seem to be in high gear and ready for the game. Super Bowl Sunday is right around the corner and here at The Gluten-Free Foodsmith, Tina has been hard at work cooking up a fabulous football feast for everyone.

Because she’s been so darn busy in the kitchen and sharing those recipes with everyone, I thought I’d pop in and round ’em all up for you. Tina went from prepping all that Super Bowl food during the play-offs to getting ready for Valentine’s Day (boy howdy, wait’ll you see what’s comin’ next…) and it’s not like I’ve got her locked up in there but we don’t want to distract her from the more important tasks.

So who’s ready for a fabulous football feast for GAME DAY? Super Bowl XLIX? Which is just fancy talk for Super Bowl 49, ya know… Pats and Seahawks! WooHOO. What are we having to EAT?

Fabulous Football Feast!

Let’s start off with Tina’s Veggie Bowl…

The Veggie Bowl

Good lookin’ and good for you, no matter how you slice it, these veggies will please nearly everyone at the table this coming Football Sunday.

Need something sweet to offset the healthiness of those veggies? Tina’s got you covered with her Blackbean Brownies.

Half Time Blackbean Brownies

Moist, tasty, and you won’t believe they are gluten-free. One bite and you’ll be running down the field for another…

Perhaps, you should have had a wing or three before diving into those brownies. No worries. You can grab a handful of her Touchdown Wings right here.

Spice ’em up to taste or keep ’em mild, you’ve got choices here, people. Tasty good choices.

But how would you kick things off, really? Maybe some kabobs to start? Some of Tina’s Kickoff Kabobs

MmmmMmmm, good. These yummy treats are simply stickfuls of heaven. Easy and pleasy for everyone on your football roster.

And though we aren’t quite ready to wrap things up, you can enjoy her Blackbean Salsa Wraps with no guilt and plenty of great taste.

Add your own toppings for a special flair and watch the crowd go WILD.

Finally, when things are starting to wind down (no predictions from this New England household…) you may want to bring out Tina’s famous Gameday Cupcakes.

Game Day Chocolate Chip Cupcakes

The perfect ending to a great game and day for everyone – no matter who takes the trophy. 😉
